*We would like to offer the following incentives to those Sellers/Buyers who have our incentive coupon.
These incentives are as follows:
*- Seller (available for all Seller side real estate transactions)
Up to $500 toward a home warranty (paid for by Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty Llc at time of closing) or
Up to $500 toward title policy (credit to Seller from Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty Llc at time of closing) or
$500 gift card (given to Seller from Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty Llc at time of closing).
*- Buyer (available for all Buyer side real estate transactions)
Up to $500.00 toward a home warranty (paid for by Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty Llc at time of closing) or
$500 gift card (given to Buyer from Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty Llc at time of closing).
* All incentives are contingent on the Seller and/or Buyer having a The Two For You incentive meeting. Also, upon a successful closing with Steven Salfer - Lannon Stone Realty LLC as either the Listing Agent (to include a Listing Contract) for Sellers and/or Buyer’s Agent for Buyers (to include a Buyer Agency Agreement). Limited to a choice of one incentive per side (1 per buyer and/or one per Seller side). Closing/s must occur prior to 01/02/2026.
