The Bay View Neighborhood Association (BVNA) is an all-volunteer organization that strives to improve the quality of life for Bay View residents and visitors. Our mission is to connect neighbors for a better Bay View. The BVNA hosts a variety of events and projects that promote and improve our fine neighborhood.
